Logistics Multinet - North America only. WHY? #30

Hi Why within the tool of MultiNet the logistics parametes are only available within North America? would it work for Europe?

Hi @chritomix. My apologies on the delay in this response.

Back when the original tool was first written for ArcMap well over a decade ago, I believe there was a lack of coverage of some logistics attributes that were only available in North America, so while the tool would successfully complete on data in Europe (or any other region), it would generate empty network attributes for these logistics attributes that weren't covered (the tool creates LOTS of logistics-specific restriction attributes!).

When the tool was ported to Pro about 26 months ago, the note restricting its usage to North America was dropped, as logistics attributes seem to be much more complete for many countries outside of North America. This usage note still is no longer present in last week's most recent update of the MultiNet tool for Pro, as we encourage using it on data from all regions of the world.
