TomTom right turn restrictions not handled properly #37

It appears that the TomTom turn restrictions are not being handled properly by the tools. The tools have been used only a few times and there were never any explicit errors thrown, and general functionality appeared to work. However, once the error was found I tested from release 10.3.1.2 to the most recent release and found that it has never processed properly. I have reached out to TomTom to confirm that they have the same issues and their technical team provides the following:

“I can replicate the error on Sloane Street (Sydney, Australia). While building the network dataset it does not indicate any errors but if you query the RestrictedTurns layer of the resulting Routing dataset you can see we do indeed have 12,507/160,183 where BuildError = 1 issues for AUS at 2020.06.”

Is it possible to fix this issue?

A new version of the Street Data Processing Tools for ArcGIS Pro is now available. If you're still processing TomTom data, please try the new version of the tool and let us know if you're still experiencing problems with restricted turns.
