Tool tries to run but returns Error that "the tool is not valid" #41

Trying to get the street-data-processing-tools for ArcGIS 10.8.1 to work and it returns the Error that "the tool is not valid". Not sure what to do to fix this?

StreetDataProcessingToolError_ToolNotValid

Figured out what was wrong. You need to tum off the background processing and then the tool is valid. It would be good to add this to the setup notes.
