Changing tabs in the Visibility pane removes manually entered input #335

This was logged from Holistic Session:

Switch to RLOS (It would be nice to transfer observer points)

Input points are gone when switched back to LLOS

LLOS and RLOS tabs do not transfer inputs. There are workflows that would require different observers/targets. This would make the user have to delete inputs if they didn't want them the same
