Check that required extensions are enabled before attempting to run analysis #338

The add-in displays an error message to the user if the correct extensions are not enabled. For example, in ArcGIS Pro, if 3d Analyst is not enabled, the following is displayed. image We could make this a little smoother for the user if we checked that the correct extension is enabled.

Expected behavior

Without further team discussion, my initial idea would be that a simple message is displayed upon clicking OK that tells the user something to the effect of

I would defer to the team, for effort and complexity to determine if we fix in ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap or just ArcGIS Pro.

This would be an enhancement for ArcGIS Pro only. At this time, there is no new development efforts for ArcMap.
