Change "Share" URL button #93

Instead of a share button that launches a dialog, instead use a "copy to clipboard" icon (https://developers.arcgis.com/calcite-design-system/icons/?icon=copy-to-clipboard&library=Calcite%20UI&query=copy) the copies the URL to the user's clipboard on click.

Tooltip on mouseover: "Copy link to clipboard" Tooltip when clicked: "Copied to clipboard"
