Error in weighted raster overlay service #23

I am using the Weighted Raster Overlay Service for build mosaic to publish on Geoplanner. I have four prepared raster layers, two of them created by Kriging, while two of layers created by Euclidean distance. I check all layers with the same raster information, e.g. extent, cell size and spatial reference. I transfer all layers as "tiff" format.
When I created Weighted Raster Overlay mosaic, It always shows "failed to execute ".

Error adding rasters to the mosaic ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail. Contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support) to Report a Bug, and refer to the error help for potential solutions or workarounds. No mosaic dataset item selected. This operation cannot be performed. Failed to execute (AddRastersToMosaicDataset).

I used Weighted Raster Overlay Service to build mosaic successfully. But in this case, I tried 6 times. All of them failed.

I tried again. It still failed. It shows a new error "Error adding fields to the mosaic G:\ArcMap\conservation\geoplanner\Community\Community.gdb\com4:"

Same issues with me, never complete successfully, also wondered if there is any documentation for the full workflow of how to do it? from step 1to step Z. Thanks O
