We are trying to publish a weighted overlay service with ArcGIS Image using a NJ Land Use raster (TIFF). In ArcGIS Pro, the weighted raster overlay service toolbox tools run successfully and the mosaic dataset is created with updated fields. We then use the Create Hosted Imagery tool and select Dynamic Imagery Layer and Mosaic Dataset and run the tool. The service uploads but the Output Layers says Failed and the layer on ArcGIS Online is uploaded but 0kb. PLEASE HELP!!!
