Invalid username and password #5

The 'demo' username does not work anymore.

This issue should be resolved. The connectivity issues with the ArcGIS REST services was caused by the ArcGIS licenses on the workflow sample machine expiring. They have since been renewed and all services are working as expected.

@gertgeringer - Please let us know if you're still experiencing any issues. Otherwise we can close this issue.
