New groups not in dragDrop #60

Newly added group does not show up in dragDrop modal

Right now the list of groups is reloaded on opening the modal. A much more user-friendly fix would be to add the group to the UI list after creation of the group. Therefore, this issue is re-opend, until this fix is implemented (which wouldn't be that much of a challenge).
