The document mentioned in page 1 of the tutorial PDF goes to a broken link. Pls consider including a copy of the document in the tutorial folder.

Looks like the paper is available online. That said, it's quite old and we may be better served by improving the tutorial to include the relevant details, and include new references to work done in the past decade to improve BTM beyond its original core.
