This is fixed, thanks to the changes in c019adcd0023a43054dd5b78f2652ef3801d2893, and numerically validated against 9.3 results in the unit tests via https://github.com/EsriOceans/btm/commit/349269f01ce8a843ccdf5959ffa13a8cb7a85da3.
