Slope lower header is repeated. #77

As reported by Giacomo Montereale Gavazzi, the "Slope_Lower" value is repeated twice in the sample CSV file:

the Slope is reported twice as "Lower Slope"? is it an error and does it refer to upper, just like for the aspect parameters?

Looking at how the data is interpreted, the second column should be labeled "upper".
