Certificate is listed as 'invalid'. #85

When running btm.esriaddin, a warning is shown.

Fixed this by using a new certificate, exported from the Windows Certificate Store and applied in the new build.bat.

Note that this also required installing a new version of the .NET SDK for ArcObjects, the same version as the related ArcGIS Desktop installation.
