Provide option to correct surface area to planar area tool #92

As developed by Cherisse Du Preez in her Arc-Chord Ratio (ACR) work, we should provide the option to correct the SA:PA calculations for the relative angle of the surface. This should be an optional parameter for the tool, as we want to make it possible for people to recreate workflows which used the existing tool prior to this correction.

We should also add a test case for this to verify the differences between the two versions.

Cherisse's model one implementation is now fully integrated with the Surface Area to Planar Area tool. Will check in with Cherisse that this tool meets her needs prior to the final release.
