Missing "Failed to Delete" error #14

Describe the bug When deleting a HFS fails due to dependent items or delete protection, no error is returned in the UI.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. In ArcGIS Online, identify an item that cannot be deleted due to dependent items or delete protection
  2. In Assistant, select and attempt to delete that item
  3. The item does not delete, no error is returned, and the delete dialog remains open.

Expected behavior Expecting the same error dialog: "Some items were not deleted because they are delete protected or have dependent items"
