@EssamWisam would appreciate you assigning me on the issue as I can't seem to do so.

Note for reviewers: Currently, this is a quick draft and not the final version, suggestions/changes are appreciated as I work through this adding images, making the writing style more consistent, and simplifying things for folk not familiar with computer jargon.

TODO: add some sort of generic minimum laptop specs section. TODO: Translation? I think this should be in another PR after the basic content is laid out.
