Translate `Recently Joined` Section

• Translated all the 5 pages in the Recently Joined Section into Egyptian Arabic. The main translated pages are:

  1. Representative & Teams Page.
  2. Communication Channels Page.
  3. Google Drive Page.

• It's worth noting that the Choosing a Laptop & Self-learning Resources pages are mostly empty in both versions.

Other Minor Changes:

• Fixed a drive link for the course example folder.
• Changed the app name in manifest.json.
• Corrected a typo in the English Representative & Teams page.

P.S: I didn't imagine translation to Egyptian Arabic would be this puzzling. I think I am going to try my hands in content creation instead.

No worries about the empty sections, they will be taken care of eventually. Yes, I was surprised with the amount of work it takes to do this when I worked on the "Before Joining" section. Arabic remains the third most spoken language by number of countries and in the top five by raw counts but LLM researchers will still train on less than 0.03% Arabic data...

Agree. It also seems that OpenAI researchers and others should be aware that their meager <0.03% Arabic in the training set is widely disproportionate compared to the real situation 🤣
