✏ Add content in the `Self Learning Resources` page #40

As per the discussion in #37, content should be added in the public/department/General/Recently/Learn.md and public/department/General/Recently/Learn_ar.md. All the fields in our discipline should be enumerated first. and then the page will be divided into sections, one per field and in each there is a list of resources and comments about each of them.

Volunteers are needed to carry out the following steps:

  1. Kindly comment your field (out of those enumerated) and the learning resources you used to get into it along with what you think about each of them.
  2. Update the learning resources page with such inputs.

Note that this is a periodic process.
