Hello! Faced with such a problem: When you give permission to keep things after death, they still fall out. Version: 2.16.1.180-mc114-b95 Permission plugin: LuckPerms.

This is because the PR #2531 has not been merged into the 1.14 builds, so right now its only availiable to the 1.13 builds.

As stated above, experimental builds don't have this feature yet. You'll need to use another keepinventory system like the vanilla gamerule or WorldGuard until 1.14.x support is done.
