Lock guidelines in place and use page as normal, with guidelines being visible. (For Web Design Purposes)

Only one recommendation/feature request (This is for web design purposes):

Make it so we can lock the guidelines in place and then use the web page (scroll, click, etc) as normal, with guidelines still being visible. This would allow me to change measurements whilst also seeing the grid to know what my measurements are. This feature would also like me to compare columns measurements to each other.

Also want to suggest this feature. It's actually the primary reason I'd use this otherwise excellent extension. Currently the use scenarios are limited for me, as I want to be able to set it on the page and then interact with the page whilst the measure overlay is there.
