"Service components for this site are not running" #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on site status
2. in the right pane I get "Service components for this site are not running"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the site status

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version (from yesterday), Debian Lenny

Please provide any additional information below.

Restart your server.

Same issue for me.
I attempted to restart using "google-sitemap-generator-ctl service restart" but 
got
"command not found"
After restarting the server everything started chugging along.
