[x] Make dispatcher reads images in base64
[x] Deploy backend (Az function, Az VM, Az Container?)
[ ] When converting from base64 string to openCV2 format the app can crash
[x] Send comparison images in compare endpoint (before, after and compare) for each feature ABCD
