Add border detection and calculate axis of ROI

• Add extraction of major axis of the ellipse that encloses the ROI

• Correct the algorithm to obtain the simtry percentage

• Add some algorithms for border detection:

  • Canny
  • Using sobel operator

• Add histogram equalization
