Active triangles (for static objects) not seen anymore when debugging physics #76

Before 2.50 updates I was able to see the active triangles when debugging 
physics for the static meshes. To reproduce it, run LogicDemo and press 'c' 
key: you will be able to see the shapes for dynamic objects but static 
triangles in contact with dynamic objects do not show...

Thought the debug mode flag was unused, so it was left out.
