[Bug] Heart rate data type #68

In the wiki, the heart rate data type is set to number, so no decimal.

But in the test files, we see that the heart_rate column contains numbers with commas. And in the multitest.config file, we can see that the expected output for the heart_rate are all commas. Who should we believe?

Your heart! (But more seriously, like we said, consider heart rate as a decimal)
