Problem with IOS Indoor #255

I’m running the “Indoor” app on my iTouch to do the beacon layout. However, the app says “THERE ARE NO OTHER LOCATION OWNED BY vuong.nguyen@soti.net” But I already have all the beacons (6 beacons) configured for Location with GeoLocation specified.

I saw in the documentation that I need at least IPHONE4S to run the Indoor app. I have only a iTouch, Should it work? It seems to install fine but have the error mentioned above Can you check my account to see if I configure the beacons correctly to use with indoor apps? Thanks
