Open-sourcing Estimte SDK library? #14

Hey guys,

Any thoughts on open-sourcing the files that make up the Estimote SDK library? It's great that you put this on GitHub to make it easy for people to include in their own projects, but you might get a lot more contributions if people are allowed to suggest changes at the core level of the SDK.

I don't think so. Why should they? But this brings up another question. Since you mentioned that the UUID will not be changable but the major and minor numbers. Is there a mechanism available to prevent random idiots from modifying my beacon ids?

Hello!

We are not going to make our SDK source code public. We are working on the cloud solution, that helps manage all the beacons. This cloud solution is going to be responsible for major and minor pairs conflict management.
