CPU and Memory Issues #230

Dear @DaleJefferson @lgaches @ljdk @bcelenza and Estimote Team,

We are using your Estimote-IOS SDK(latest sdk 4.9.0 and 4.8.0). We are facing a big problem. It can not run for long time. It is killed by IOS due to using so much memory and CPU. I have checked that class ESTDeviceManager to scan Location sensors is making many threads and use a lot of resources of system. Please takes a look our images. One image is showing code to use temperature from location sensor. One image is showing threads using from this class. threads sourcode

Please give us some advice.
