[x] Check if it possible to use schedule on HerokuApps;
[x] Create it repository;
[ ] It must send e-mail when he is pinging;
- [ ] what it pinged;
- [ ] the resp of it ping;
[x] It must run 3 time/day.

It was made, but it is not necessary... the NewRelic does it better & for free...
