[DONE] Feature import video from BBB platform with token #1065

Add the possibility to import video from BBB platform with token. Typically, this feature can be used with the BBB ESR infrastructure.

This feature manage the technical constraints due to this infrastructure:

Please note: this feature can only work with the BBB architecture of the institution concerned. For example, users from the University of Montpellier will not be able to access records from the University of Lille, even if they know the URL of the records.
