Move Protocol folder selection to Microscope Settings menu and eliminate filename prefix #256

Under Microscope Settings there should be a single Protocol image folder defined. All Protocol image data will be saved in this folder. Subfolder file structure detailed in Issue #257. The ability to add a prefix text to file names can be removed.

Is there a reason this should be under Microscope Settings? If it is related to saving protocol image data, shouldn't it be under Protocol?

Good question, we have seen that this control is rarely changed after setting it so I think it's more global. That is, customers generally will not change this based on the Protocol. So let's put it under Settings for now.

I've reconsidered this and will defer to requirements in #257 The folders for each channel is very handy.
