Protocol image data should be stored in a new folder created at the time of running each time #257

This folder will be created at runtime and will include the Protocol.tsv and be named "Protocolname"plus timedatestamp. Within the Protocol image folder will be folders for each location, labelled with their names (A1, c7, or NewPos1, etc., and containing sub folders for each channel.
