Calendar selector on smartphones #1044

Running etar on a tablet there is a calendar button area to select several calendars. I dream of this option on a smartphone. Is it possible to implement this for smartphones? Need not to be a big button area, but maybe a narrow bar on bottom of the screen like the app „business calender“?

I think a nice place for that would be the sidebar. It has a lot of white space that could accommodate visibility toggles for each calendar.

That would be really useful. I have some calendars which I usually not want to see (too crowded) but have to check once in a while. It would be awesome if the menu to toggle visibility of calendars that is available in the settings would be shown in the sidebar!
