Google Calendar is not synchronized correctly #658

Hi,

a Google calendar that is shared with me does not synchronize correctly in Etar. I can easily verify that the new appointments show up correctly when I open the calendar shared with me in the browser, but in Etar I only get very old calendar entries.

Etar version: 1.0.21 Android Version: 10 Mobile Phone Type: Nokia 7 Plus Android Build Number: 00WW_4_10C_SP01

Could you please point me to ressources in case I'm doing something wrong myself? Other calendars synced by CardDAV work as expected.

Etar doesn't sync any calendars, that's the job of your sync app. Read: https://github.com/Etar-Group/Etar-Calendar#how-to-use-etar and open an issue with the app you are using.

@jspricke thanks for the explanation. What app could be syncing for a google calendar? I have DavX5 but only for my owncloud calendars. Google calendar doesn't have an app on my device AFAICS.

Please use the search before you open new issues. See #569 But as far as I know, it only works with the standard Google calendar app.
