Replace SVG blurs of the site with pre-blurred images #80

We would simply screenshot the interactive and blur it in photoshop, then make it a background image in the interactive.

Pros:

Fixes the scrolling performance and general performance of having a lot of blurred SVG.
Looks good cross-browser (right now, FF won't blur non-SVG elements, so the buttons and interactive chrome isn't blurred in FF)

Cons:

It won't every be perfect—different aspect ratios will mean that it won't line up exactly with the interactive once they activate it.
It's a pain in the ass.

What do you all think @GabeIsman and @Galenlbeebe?
