Target Orchard Core 1.0 and .NET 5 #17

Target net5.0 instead of netcoreapp3.1 (same as OC 1.0)
Switch OC Nuget Packages from 1.0.0-rc2-13450 to 1.0.0
Update TemplateContext to LiquidTemplateContext
Bump version to 0.4.0 since this has breaking changes but hasn't reached 1.0 yet.

Thanks @dalenewman for this, I've actually got another PR that will handle upgrading to OC 1.0.0 and contains some other changes we want internally. I'll likely be completing the other PR over the weekend.
