The dropdown values under OwnedByGroup are showing user profiles instead of user groups. When assigned, the Editors that aren't part of the group still have edit access for blogs they didn't post, and authors in the group still can't edit.
Steps:
Generate a new Orchard Core CMS Web App (I used the Visual studio project template)
Include the Etch.OrchardCore.UserProfiles
Run the website locally using the Sqlite database, and as a Blog type
Enable Profiles, Profile Groups, Profile Group Field, and Profile Group Ownership (no subscription)
Create a user as an Author.
Manually add profiles for the administrator and new user (set Profile content type to be editable)
For ease of use, also added a title for profiles.
Create the Group object with Profile Groups content part. Notice how nothing happens.
Add Group Ownership for Blog Posts. Also, enable List/Create feature for it as well
Try setting group ownership; notice that you see users instead of groups.
