[question] Exact steps to install a working tms99xx compiler? #7

First of all, thanks a lot for sharing your great work!

I think your compiler is under-used (or maybe totally unused) by the ti99 community (which is for the most part still using a badly broken modded gcc that none knows how to fix). I, myself, still use the modded gcc and I don't like it.

Could you please describe the necessary steps to install it? It seems it is spread across 2 or 3 repositories. Could this be simplified?

Getting back to that is on my todo list, but there's a lot of other stuff going on so it'll be a while
