Suggestion: Bulk Edit #146

I would like to suggest bulk edit options for the following:

Max Level
Max Stats
Rank 4
Max Hero Upgrades
Bulk 'Base' Ability setting, more can be added later, but this is the one I'm sure folks use most often

I'm sure since these would likely take longer to run; it might be better to put them in the drop down menu and have them force a save after.
