"Select All" doesn't always work #19

Seems that "select all" might first need you to select a single app (or focus that particular area) before it works. I've installed the app twice, and both times noticed odd behavior (what I first thought was a hang), that might be explained by this :)

The "select all" is badly implemented, this may explain the weird behavior. Will have a look at it, but I'm still not convinced this feature is a good thing.

And fwiw, I just confirmed the reproduction steps when I just reinstalled orwall :)

Decision: option is removed (see 4710b779040f7a974caa06c5a5074aa5c93f7282).

The option will not be of any use with the coming features, as we will need to do a decision regarding what Onion Router we want to use (Orbot, or i2p, or…), and how to use it (dedicated stream, connection port and so on). Of course there will be defaults, with auto-detection of installed Routers, but not enough in order to get a working "select all" thing.
