Add LICENSE #3

Thanks for all your work on this; it was seamless to integrate into my app.

I know the license is specified in package.json, but if a LICENSE file could be added, that would appease tools like (in my case) license-webpack-plugin which want to see a file /w copyright that can be appended to the others. Thanks again.

Thanks for the suggestion! License file added in commit https://github.com/EthanRutherford/fast-fuzzy/commit/a73593ab419457e034fa677885a2677bae0d739f and published to npm in version 1.10.2.
