Clear Playwright tests

Changes

• Remove page tests src/routes/**/page.test.ts.
• Remove playwright.config.ts config file.
• Remove npm run test:browser script from package.json file.
• Remove npm run test:browser script from CONTRIBUTING.md documentation.

Plans

We intend to reintroduce Playwright testing in an upcoming pull request. To facilitate this, we are in the process of removing the existing Playwright test code.

Recommended operations

To ensure you have the most up-to-date and recommended Playwright test configuration, I suggest initializing a new SvelteKit project using the following command: npm create svelte@latest my-app.
