Users unfamiliar with CLIs may be misled into believing that typing the help command will open an actual graphical window rather than just printing out help text.

Reason for disagreement: Even if the user is familiar with CLI, there are some CLIs which can open windows while still being mainly CLI (for example, python3's matplotlib may open a plot). Therefore, this may still be misleading although not a big deal, hence the VeryLow severity.
