New Control: TStyledShape, TStyledPanel, StyleDrawType= btRounded and Shadow

StyleDrawType="Rounded" just added in 3.2.1
TStyledPanel is on the List
I've currently prioritized StyledBitBtn and StyledSpeedButton, available soon in 3.3.0 version.
Then I want to add Notification Badge
Shadow effect might be interesting: do you have some GDI+ example code?
