UI bugged, and loading NPC appearance not working #80

image I have no idea what happened here, right click on one actor, the options for everyone else appeared

image also when i try to load NPC appearance using my pet, it worked a week ago, now it refuses to work, keeps loading in the wrong model, dunno why
