when using customize +, mare, and brio my friends scaling goes crazy

trying to pose with brio and every time i try to rotate their body the scaling of the bone selected increases or decreases like crazy or will move to a position no where close to where i was if i use the control panel built into brio for posing. i don't think its mare since when they aren't using customize + this doesn't seem to be an issue
