Right side of keyboard cut off #342

The right side of the keyboard is cut off on the kindle fire in landscape mode 
on the kindle fire. This could be fixed with a setting that allows us to select 
a certain amount of pixels as "blank space" on the right side of the keyboard.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install hackerskeyboard on a kindle fire
2. Tilt device into landscape mode

This happens in english and greek. It probably happens in all languages, it's 
amazon's issue, not yours... It'd still be great if you could fix it though.

My version is 1.33.1332 d27b5144b8e2 2012-07-03
