[EPIC] Add OpaqueType typings

[HexaField]

add OpaqueType typings & rename params for the following:

• [x] instanceID: InstanceID
• [x] channelID: ChannelID
• [x] roomCode: RoomCode
• [x] sceneID: SceneID
• [x] locationID: LocationID
• [x] uuid: EntityUUID
• [x] avatarID: AvatarID
• [ ] name: UserName (in user table)
• [x] inviteCode: InviteCode (in user table)
• [x] messageID: MessageID (in message table)
• [ ] scopeID: ScopeID (in scope table)
• [ ] scopeType: ScopeType (in scope table)
• [ ] routeID: RouteID (in route table)
