Change the Link to Chat function from the Advanced Settings Window. #128

This will change the link to chat to button to instead cause a click to apply the preset Also add a button click sound to all chat links (because it doesn't seem like it does anything right now).

Components aren't able to have two click actions...so, for the time being, this will instead add another line suggesting command usage /applypreset and perhaps another component that triggers this command.
